Content & Campaign Strategist

In this role I advise and develop best practice in all aspects of content management. I define and execute the content roadmap / strategy for site and newsletters and manage content projects from A-Z (creative requirements / briefings, gather feedback, place content online, analysis & evaluation)
I partner with the creative team and the online marketing team to ensure that product launches & campaigns are translating into logical site experiences and to develop content that is on-brand, UX/Web proof and differentiates CLUSE from competitors.
I gain and share learnings on ‘what works’ content wise and report on KPI’s (bounce, conversion, click through rate etc.) I feed ideas into the development roadmap and wright specifications for (content related) site improvements & ensure a seamless shopping experience with inspiring, up-to-date and flawless content I build, optimise and analyse landing pages, work on SEO optimisations and analysis & own and optimise the Content Management System (Admin / Oracle Commerce Cloud). Since CLUSE is an international known brand I cater for cultural, language and localisation elements.

experience, ab-testing, analytics, knowledge of HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Cloud, Mouseflow, Google Analytics, Shopify, JIRA, Basecamp, be proactive, fast, detail oriented, efficient.
Projects:
– Supported the E-commerce manager with the set up of a fully functional e-commerce team
– The set up of a knowledge database about e-commerce and content management for junior content managers
– Platform migration from own content management system to Shopify
– The set up of a campaign team / company wide campaign launch process to make sure campaigns are communicated consistently through all CLUSE channels
