In this role I was the go to person for stakeholders and business partners for all content related topics.
I managed 3 content managers that assisted stakeholders with the management of content in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware), the management of transactional e-mails & consumer facing documents in Neolane and SAP and provided marketing support to the EU eCRM Manager/Brand delivery team to plan the on-site marketing calendar and to create on-site campaigns.

I worked closely with the UX & IT team on the content possibilities in our content management system.
I advised them on how to roll out a campaign/idea from an operational point of view and on how to work in the most efficient way. I was early involved in marketing & brand campaigns or concepts to give advise on the possibilities ofSalesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware). I made sure that the systems I worked with are functioning and I adviced in how to improve systems: technical enhancements & user friendly enhancements.

In this role I was owner of the content on the adidas webshops, the transactional e-mails and the consumer facing documents. I was responsible for the management of our content management systems architecture and the actual publishing of changes to the content.
This consisted of providing transparency of the systems, and to clarify the dependencies, lead times, roles, responsibilities and processes involved in content management across our sites.
The publishing of changes to the onsite content consisted of the execution of changes requested by stakeholders, clarifying requests and completing them in time.

Website Content Specialist

In this role I was responsible for the implementation of onsite marketing on adidas’ and Reebok’s websites and webshops. I managed the site’s content management systems, created coupon codes, provided marketing support & launched campaigns.

I had to build up a wealth of knowledge on the response trends within each market and when needed, produce ad hoc analysis to show performance trends over time.
