The Social hub is a global community connected by one spirit, the student spirit, open & curious.
In 2023 The Social Hub launched a new app for guests to use in the hotels they are staying at. With the app guests could do their laundry, check the Social hub event calendar, enroll in events or find out all information about the hotel they are staying in.
I gathered all information and content for the app and re-structured the way all information is stored for the Social hub. I made sure all information per hotel was correct, all content was added to the app and that the app was fully tested before the launch.
I supported the marketing team with preparing all the communication around the launch of the new app and visited the teams in the hotels to gather customer feedback.
